举报某老师有偿兼职的情况（垛田小学一年级）

    7月10日，兴化市教育局先后收到你的来电和来信反映我校一年级王老师参加校外兼职的问题，市局高度重视。7月11日下午，市教育局第一时间派员到你所提供的辅导机构之一进行现场调查，未发现被反映人在现场辅导的情况，市局调查人员于现场附近联系到网友你，并到市局办公室当面向你反馈调查情况，同时向你说明就你提供的其他问题线索，市局拟通过联合我校作进一步核实，并视情作下一步处理。随后市局电话联系我校主要负责人，定于7月12日上午约谈王老师及我校负责人。7月12日上午，市局效能监察办约谈王老师及学校负责人的同时，我校又派员到相关培训机构进行一一核实。
    经查，你所提供的我校王老师在冠英社会培训机构指导学生绘画的情况基本属实。王老师与冠英培训机构承办人杨女士系朋友关系,杨女士春学期美术班缺培训老师，再三请王老师帮忙辅导一段时间，王老师考虑正巧读二年级的女儿可以在该机构学习舞蹈，又以为帮朋友忙不获取报酬就不算违规，于是答应帮忙。6月上旬，学校领导获知此情况后，即找王老师谈话，指出在职教师无论获取报酬与否，参加校外兼职都属于违规行为。谈话之后，王老师立即停止校外兼职行为。鉴于王老师前期行为有违省、市在职教师有偿补课专项治理文件精神，市局责成我校迅速作出妥善处理。我校通过校务办公会研究，现决定对王老师作如下处理意见：
    1.责令其书面检查，并在全校通报批评。
    2.本年度师德考核确定为不合格等次。
    3.扣发6个月基础性绩效工资中的岗位津贴，全额扣发春学期奖励性绩效工资。
    4.三年内不得担任班主任，不得参与岗位晋级、职称晋升、评优评先。

A primary teach in Jiangsu Xinghua was reported of paid makeup.

Jiangsu Provincial Education Department issued the notice on Launching a Public Commitment to Reject the Paid Makeup”, requiring the primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangsu to sign a public commitment to refuse to paid makeup before November 30 last year. In the future, these teachers’ mobilization, advance, and promote, would need them to provide proof that they have not been in paid makeup. After signing the letter of commitment, local education departments and primary and secondary schools should self-examine and correct themselves, and eliminate all paid makeup activities.

From December 1st, 2018, those who violate the notice will be suspended and investigated. If the matter is true after the investigation, as the teachers lack of moral integrity, they should be strictly punished according to relevant regulations, even the teacher’s qualification is cancelled, or the teacher is dismissed.

Recently one female teacher named Mrs Wang from Xinghua Duotian primary school in Jiangsu province was reported of paid makeup. Local medias have reported the issue widely. The local education bureau and the related primary school had confirmed the matter after investigation.
The preliminary punishments are （I am not satisfied )
1.        The teacher should have a written inspection and be criticized in the whole school.
2.        This year, the teacher's moral examination is determined to be unqualified
3.        Withhold the post allowance for the basic performance salary for 6 months, and fully deducting the bonus performance salary for the spring semester.
4.        Can not be a class teacher within three years, can not participate in post promotion, title promotion, evaluation.
